As the VP Managing Partner at District Mutual, Ashley D. Nguyen brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to her role. With a background in both insurance sales and the performing arts, Ashley approaches business relationships with a unique perspective and a creative eye. Ashley is also the owner and manager of Jadestone Inc., an agency specializing in providing financial and insurance services to clients.

Ashley’s early success in insurance sales at Mutual of Omaha set the foundation for her career in the industry, but it’s her passion for building strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and clients that truly sets her apart. In her role as VP Managing Partner, Ashley is responsible for cultivating partnerships with vendors and ensuring the highest level of service for District Mutual’s clients.

Outside of her work at District Mutual, Ashley is a professional actor in the DC region and has worked at theaters such as Arena Stage, The Kennedy Center, Olney Theatre Center, and Signature Theatre. Her experience in the performing arts has taught her the importance of collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to think on her feet – all qualities that she brings to her work at District Mutual.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Catholic University, where she graduated in 2021 with honors. With her unique background and talent for building strong relationships, Ashley is a vital member of the District Mutual team, and a trusted advisor to clients and vendors alike.
