His journey in financial services began during his senior year of high school, and he became a licensed financial professional before his 21st birthday. Since then, he has built his career on integrity, education, and a genuine commitment to helping others protect what matters most while planning for the future.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Stephen spent part of his childhood in Mexico City before returning to the Washington metropolitan area, where he has lived for most of his life. His strong work ethic developed at an early age and continues to shape the way he serves every client.

As a Financial Professional and Manager with District Mutual, Stephen believes every client deserves personalized guidance, honest advice, and solutions tailored to their unique goals. He takes the time to listen, understand each client’s situation, and educate them on the options available so they can make confident financial decisions. Stephen values long term relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service, and he is committed to being a dependable resource throughout every stage of life.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, visiting the beach, playing and watching soccer, collecting sports memorabilia, watching movies, and reading books on business, leadership, and history.
